 1. Form:

Khẳng định:       S + have / has + been + V3/-ed + (by + O)

Phủ định:           S + haven’t / hasn’t + been + V3/-ed + (by + O)

2. Examples:

a/ Someone has cleaned the room.

    → The room has been cleaned.

b/ Jack has opened the gifts.

    → The gifts have been opened by Jack.

c/ They haven’t used these machines at least five years.

    → These machines haven’t been used at least five years.

d/ Have they delivered the package yet?

   → Has the package been delivered yet?
